SubStation deck pack will complement any remotely operated submersible vehicle, enhancing efficiency and reducing environmental impact during subsea operations, maintenance & breakdowns.

The fully adjustable hydraulic supply can deliver up to 40 LPM at 210 Bar and be used for deck checks, testing hydraulic tooling and ancillary equipment.

Our dual barrel system can deliver filtered, low-pressure oil direct to any junction box or compensator, allowing controlled filling & draining within minutes, not hours, dramatically reducing the time taken to get the submersible back to full operational capacity.

Integrated controls prevent any over-pressure of compensators or junction boxes.

This unique system will eliminate the current usage of hand pumps & buckets commonly used within the industry, which are time-consuming, increase oil waste, cost, and the overall impact on the environment.

The offline filtration unit FilterPak maintains system oil specification by removing water and solid particles. Combine this with the oil analysis feature will verify system cleanliness, maximising component service life.
